Bloody Jinxing shit.

I traveled to Melbourne Open with a couple of my Austrian Friends who are fellow French tennis fans. Except for a brief moment in a long match between Matheiu and Koubek where the clash of interest was diffused with a tasty Khima Dosa in an Indian Restaurant, it was largely an enjoyable affair throughout the first week.

Then the unthinkable happened when friends made an imaginary connection between French display and my presence on the court. The result - I was forced away from Rod Laver Arena in the hope that Tsonga wins this entire tournament.

Djokovic - the two faced prick - won yesterday and I am very sad that Federer had to lose like this, to Djokovic.

The junior Australian Open was another pain to watch. Everyone’s playing like Nadal. Even this Indian boy who made the semifinals. Shit.

    Khima Dosai-a?
Krishnan, you are on _ i am a veggie..hope you are too

  2. Nav Says:

Sad? For once, he deserved to lose. It was more of self-destruct in the first set and then downhill all the way from there.

He’s been a little too detached on-court lately. Probably a case of it being lonely at the top and long periods of being unchallenged. The loss should serve him well, I hope.

  3. Gasquet fan Says:

I am sad he lost to Djokovic and not Tsonga. I didn’t watch the match, so no comments.

  4. Krishnan Says:

    Loosupayal - Woo hoo, I’m a vegetarian.

Gasquet Fan - Federer was outplayed yesterday by Djokovic. Even his serves, which are usually unreadable and unplayable to a large extent, were broken by Djoko easily. But I have a gut feeling that this trophy belongs to Tsonga. I like Djoko a lot, but I can’t wait for the Muhammad Ali clone to deliver the knockout punch in the finals.

  5. Nav Says:

Oh that way…you wanted a French killing eh? That’s not sad, that’s sad-ist.

I think the way Fed played and the way Tsonga is playing - it would have been a total mismatch.

  6. Krishnan Says:

Fraser has knocked out Ali. I like Djoko, but I don’t know, I feel kinda sad. Tsonga should have won.

  7. kulkarni Says:

Now that federer has lost and someone else has won it is almost like the whole purpose of this blog and gasquet fans existence has gone away…its been awfully silent and quiet. gfs whole agenda anyways rather than being a f of g was to put down fedex

  8. Gasquet fan Says:

    Kulkarni,

    Shut up.

  9. Gasquet fan Says:

There can be thousands of reasons to hate Novak Djokovic as Federer himself succinctly put it - ‘Novak is a Djoke’.

Depressing though, that this ‘ball bouncing, two-faced’ prick won Aus Open so convincingly, it is a bit of a silver lining to imagine that perhaps the time when Gasquet will win it is not far away.

For the first time since 2006, I feel like supporting Federer just to wipe this disgusting prick off the face of the tennis world. Even Nadal is so much lovable off the court compared to this assol.

  10. kulkarni Says:

Right, now djokovic hating is the new agenda
hate anyone who wins and proclaim yourself as a fan of someone who has no reasonable chance of winning in the near future sdo that you canc hurn blog posts with hatred

    Pukeworthy, I say

  11. Gasquet fan Says:

More pukeworthy than jumping on the Djoko bandwagon? So shut up, again.

  12. kulkarni Says:

yo..it is not a question of jumping on the djoko bandwagon but rather than expressing any fanness of gasquet jumping on the hate bandwagon of anyone who wins anything
I betcha that if gasquet won instead of a celebratory post youw would put up a post about how the win didnt bring the best out of gasquet..and how he should have instead won by playing such and such a game or maybe even say tsonga is better

  13. Gasquet fan Says:

So you want me to worship Gasquet instead of worshipping myself?

  14. kulkarni Says:

well l if so then change your name to gasquet fan fan from gasquet fan

do you need parentheses to disambiguate?

I really like that new name come to think of it
it is recursivley hypocritic because you are not a gasquet fan and if someone should become your fan they would have to be gasquet fan fan fan
ha ha!! i hope you are as drunk as me

  15. kulkarni Says:

btw my real name is not kulkarni..so you dont have to feel doubly insulted at being trumped by a northie. I am tamil.

  16. Gasquet fan Says:

    I give up.
