Want to write something clever or profound? In any case, here are a few “helpful” pointers:
1. Ask why do Vadakkathis write “Marathi” when they should be writing “Marati”?
2. By the same token, ask why they write “Karva Chauth” when they pronounce it as “Kadva Chauth”?
Corollary to the above, why write “Chopra” when it is supposed to be “Chopda”?

Look at what happened to me when I tried to say something clever in the last post
