As it has been explained several times earlier, north of Katpadi is North India.

Errr, that excludes AP and Karnataka from South. Considering these are the upper riparian states, not good for TN. Is there any plan to occupy these states like Tibet.
PS. Does South India include great plains of Lemuria ?
