Sport & Sunday

Portsmouth won against Cardiff. The two Champions League finalists have, predictably, resuted in everyone deciding that English football has caught up with European football. But the Brits can be excused.

Gasquet Fan, please shut this boy.

Heh. Not gonna happen, dude. Not even if Rafa loses 6-0, 6-0 today. And I imagine GasquetFan has better things to do these days - like pray that the bow-kneed Frenchman can get past the first round of a tournament sometime this year!

Hehehe… He got first round byes in all the masters. 2008 is a poorer version of what happened to Federer in 2002. 2010 will be when Gasquet will go one better than Federer win all the grandslams. He is sizing up his opponents right now..

As for yesterday’s match, I couldn’t watch beyond the first set and a half of the second though I paid for it. It took an eternity for our dear Nadal to line up bottles during changeovers and get on with the match and dear Djoko was also not far behind with his stupid ball bouncing tactic. Seriously, a 3 set match, that ran for more than 3 hrs??? Federer could’ve played a five set match in that time. And you call that stupid slug-fest a great match?

You should seriously consider watching boxing,

  4. Jabberwock Says:

Actually, I’d LOVE to see Rafa pummel Djoko in a boxing match.

So by 2010, the ATC’s and pilots all over the world will have to figure out how to navigate planes such that they don’t hit all the flying elephants.

  6. Gasquet Fan Says:

In my parallel universe, there are no elephants. And planes.
